30/04/07 - "David and Christopher Bright preparing the trial site at Swallowcliffe ready for the new sowing this spring. The soil analysis has been taken and we have calculated the amount of nutrients required to grow the crops. We were also lucky to get a small amount of cow dung! These pictures show a remaining stem from one of the big yellow sunflowers which we buy in from South Africa, we are thinking of using it as a fence post!."
